Job Position – Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
– ?Assist with visa processing and HR-related documentation
– ?Manage company documentation and compliance requirements
– ?Coordinate office administration and daily operations
– ?Liaise with internal teams and external authorities when required
Requirements:
– ?Prior experience in an Administration / HR support role
– ?Good knowledge of visa processes, government portals, and documentation, with a minimum required experience in visa processing
– ?UAE experience is preferred
– ?Strong organizational and coordination skills
– ?Good communication skills (English is mandatory)
– ?Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
