GAC Ras Al Khaimah is looking for candidates for the role of Administrative Assistant to be based in Ras Al Khaimah. Could it be you?
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure continuous office operations. Responsible for the allocation of all supplier invoices received in Eyeshare.
- Provide front desk reception duties by greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately and professionally, answering/handling and directing all phone calls as necessary, and being able to receive/dispatch, organize and distribute internal & external documents/covers handled at reception.
Job Requirements
- Graduate, University degree
- Preferred +2 years’ experience in similar field, ideally within UAE, Fresh pro-active candidate.
