Job Position – Admin Assistant

Requirements :
Candidates must have Graduation in Business Administration / Diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting / HR department in Oil & Gas industry.
Ensuring that the correct operational/Technical and administrative management procedures are being followed in day-to-day running of the division.
File and maintain existing registers, filing system, data sheets etc. Including all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
Advance Microsoft Office skills (Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
