Job Position – Admin Assistant

A leading automotive trading company in the UAE, specializing in providing high-quality commercial vehicles and exceptional after-sales service. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Admin Assistant to join our growing team and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management and staff.
– Manage office documents, records, and filing systems (digital and physical).
– Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
– Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as required.
– Support HR tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with staff.
– Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and appointments.
– Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary.
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
– Handle data entry, record keeping, and general clerical duties.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar role.
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
– Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.
