Job Position – Admin Assistant
Company Name – United Gulf
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Pay Scale: AED 4,000 to AED 5,000, plus other benefits.
This multifaceted role combines administrative support with front desk responsibilities and includes specialized tasks related to vehicle insurance processing.
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
– Oversee all aspects of vehicle insurance processing, including documentation, renewals and claims management.
– Seeking some basic knowledge of logistics operations.
– Liaise with insurance providers to ensure compliance with policies and facilitate timely issue resolution.
– Seeking candidates with a foundational understanding of vehicle insurance operations.
– Maintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
– Collaborate with team members to enhance office procedures and improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
– Proven 2-3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant in UAE.
– Familiarity with vehicle insurance processing is a strong plus.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
– Knowledge of UAE vehicle insurance regulations and practices.
