Job Position – Admin Coordinator

For Cleaning Department.
-As an Admin, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative assistance tasks related to the cleaning services provided by the company.
-This includes coordinating and scheduling cleaning services, managing customer inquiries and complaints, assisting with finance-related tasks, and providing excellent customer service.
-To qualify for this role, you should have excellent communication skills, 3-4 years of experience in an Admin role in the UAE, and experience in administrative assistance and customer service.
-Analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making, basic understanding of finance-related tasks, ability to work well in a team and independently, attention to detail, time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-Previous experience in the cleaning industry are all desirable qualities.
