Job Position – Admin Executive
Company Name – Graniti Building Materials
With 2-3 years of HR & Admin Officer experience to join team.
Responsibilities include:
·Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
·Updating internal databases with new hire information
·Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
·Handling employee queries
·Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
·Prepare quotations using ERP system
·Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
·Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
Required Skills/Abilities:
·Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role.
·Basic knowledge of labor legislation
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
·Ability to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Starting from AED 4,000.00 per month
Experience:
·HR & Admin officer: 2-3 years (Required)
·Bachelor’s degree
