To oversee daily operations across their private residence and executive office. This high-trust role blends luxury lifestyle management with executive administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead & manage household and office staff.
• Oversee property maintenance, VIP hospitality & events.
• Manage executive calendars, logistics & vendor relations.
• Ensure absolute discretion and confidentiality.
Ideal Candidate:
• 7+ years managing luxury households or UHNW families.
• Fluent in Arabic language and English language – Arabic language is a must.
• Strong leadership, organizational & communication skills.
• Experience in UAE/GCC preferred.
• Highly discreet, culturally aware, and flexible.
