About the job
We’re looking for a responsible Administrative Secretary to handle a variety of administrative and clerical duties. The Administrative Secretary’s responsibilities include providing assistance to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
– Perform all secretarial duties.
– Act as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
– Execute timely, efficient and effective operations of the department.
– Prepare administrative reports for the senior management team.
– Handle office correspondence and filing systems.
– Handle information requests from clients and visitors.
– Arrange, schedule and organize board meetings, staff meetings and other departmental meetings when required.
– Organize and update databases effectively.
– Assess and evaluate inter-departmental functions and activities.
– Troubleshoot problems arising internally.
– Integrate best practices and standards in administrative functions.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 4-5 years experience in similar role.
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Fluent in English and, ideally, Arabic
– Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
Other terms:
Salary AED 2,500 per month
