Job Position – Administration Assistant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Role Responsibility:
-Coordinate & Manage the Operations Director’s calendar throughout the day and share timely updates.
-Schedule Travels & Bookings and driver coordination.
-Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Reports for the Operations Director.
-Assist Head of Departments (HODs) like Finance or Marketing and Area -Managers in fulfilling their tasks and reports, assigned by the Operations Director.
-Regular coordination and vigilant know-how of company initiatives & tasks progress through use of Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp and Mail communications.
-Ensure accurate updates from HODs in weekly meetings and take minutes as necessary.
-Ensure a pro-active approach in producing work before time by setting regular reminders and updating the Operations Director.
Required:
-Mandatory 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in handling C-suite office and admin department duties.
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel with figures and calculations (Pivot & V-Look up preferred).
-Familiarity with company softwares like Odoo, Jolt and other Microsoft applications.
-Attention to detail and uniformity at every point in generating different department reports.
-High level of professionalism in adhering to timelines and communication with team members.
-Professional English language skills.
