Job Position – Administrative Assistant

Join Fitting Center team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including managing all computer-based operations such as shipping, printing invoices and delivery notes, packing orders, and preparing daily manifests for drivers. You will also assist with stock lens management, job calculations, inventory control, and ensure smooth communication with the CS team. Additional responsibilities include handling returns, cash collection from drivers, preparing cash reports, and managing logistical needs. At least 4 years of administrative experience is preferred, and proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
