Job Position – Administrative Assistant / Document Controller
Company Name –
Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize company documents, ensuring accuracy, quality and integrity.
– Maintain proper document filing systems, (both digital and physical)
– Track, update and archive documents as per company standards.
– Provide general administrative support including scheduling, correspondence and data entry.
– Prepare reports, letters and presentations as needed.
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.
– Assist in organizing meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions items.
– Ensure compliance with internal and external document control policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Document Controller
– Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document management systems
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role is required
