About the job
Role Responsibility
-
- Responsible for handling all the administrative task given and coordination required with the frontline operation team
- The job involves office-based task, such as to escalate or handle more complex issues, related to customers
- To coordinate with the operation team and also with the client contract staff
- Provide administrative support to site supervisors or managers
- Support in the process of clients new projects and their procedures
- Also to work with the Supply Chain operation team
- Good knowledge of documentation and preparing the reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually bases
- To perform the functions and duties as assigned, to the best of his ability and to the standard as is required by the company as well as by the client
Selection Criteria
- Relevant work experience required in an administrative role
- Graduate or Diploma course from University
- Knowledge in using Computer since daily reports will be required
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Hard-working, committed, customer forced and adaptable for changes
