About the job
The Admission and Discharge provides a courteous and efficient service ensuring that all patient information is accurately collected and recorded within the designated electronic information systems.
Performs admission duties for admitting in-patients, out-patients, and emergency patients to hospital services. Processes and files admission records and acts as liaison with patient family members or responsible party. Performs duties involved in discharging patients from the hospital. Determines method of payment for services and forwards discharge information to the proper area for processing.
Required Experience:
2 years’ experience minimum as Admission and Discharge Officer either in a reputable hospital or hotel.
Required Skills and Competencies
Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, , Handles Pressure, Phone Skills
Languages Skills
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
Salary and Benefits
These are full-time and permanent roles, with competitive salary + benefits, including company transportation and personal development pathway for all of our nurses. The Salary will be based on level of experience and expertise in the area of work. The range of salary will be starting from AED 5000 to AED 7000
