Job Position – Agriculture Maintenance Manager

Location Doha, Qatar
MMUP/UPDA certification in Agriculture Engineering or related field is mandatory for the below vacancy. Candidates who possess this certification will only be shortlisted.
As an Agriculture Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and vitality of plants in various indoor and outdoor settings. You will utilize your expertise in horticulture, plant biology, and engineering principles to develop and implement maintenance strategies, troubleshoot issues, and optimize plant growth conditions. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a passion for plants and their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
– Plant Health Management.
– Maintenance Planning and Execution.
– Irrigation and Water Management.
– Data Analysis and Reporting.
– Collaboration and Communication.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience of at least 8 years in Agriculture Maintenance (with at least 5 years in Qatar), preferably in a professional maintenance or landscaping setting.
3. MMUP/UPDA certification in Agriculture Engineering
4. Strong knowledge of plant biology, physiology, and growth requirements.
5. Familiarity with irrigation systems, pest control methods, and agricultural equipment.
6. Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and sustainable practices.
7. Must be available locally in Qatar with valid RP and NOC.
