Job Position – Senior Accountant
Company Name – Unitek General Contracting
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: 4-6 years in Construction Accounting

About the Role:
Actively hiring an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the full spectrum of construction accounting for our ongoing projects in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
– Full project accounting including cost allocation, budgeting, and variance analysis
– Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
– Managing accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and project billing
– Project costing, WIP, retention, and revenue recognition (percentage of completion)
– Ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and IFRS standards
– Coordination with project managers and site teams for accurate cost tracking
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (ACCA, CPA, or CMA preferred)
– 4-6 years of relevant experience in a construction company in the UAE
– Strong knowledge of construction accounting practices and ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
– Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
– Must be currently available in the UAE and ready for face-to-face interview in Abu Dhabi
– Immediate joiner or short notice candidates highly preferred
– Valid UAE driving license is preferred
