Job Position – AI Engineer
Company Name –
Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Budgeted Salary: AED 30,000 – 36,000 per month (based on experience) + Medical Insurance + Visa Sponsorship
Requirements
– Minimum 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science
– Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
– Experience building and deploying LLM-based solutions, RAG pipelines, or NLP applications
– Solid understanding of model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and MLOps practices
– Experience working with APIs, microservices, and cloud/on-prem deployments
– Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Redis) is a plus
– Experience working in government or regulated environments is advantageous
– Candidates with UAE experience and currently based in the UAE are strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
– Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models and intelligent systems
– Build and deploy production-ready AI solutions, including LLM and NLP applications
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems
– Ensure performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards are met
– Provide technical documentation and executive-level technical reporting when required
