1) Architect – Design development, detailing, and client coordination
2) Site Engineer – Site supervision, contractor management, and quality assurance
3) Facilities Engineer (HVAC) – MEP/HVAC operations, PPM, and troubleshooting
4) Quantity Surveyor – Cost estimation, BOQs, variations, and commercial management
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
– 3–7 years’ experience in Fit-Out & Retrofit (B2C) – Strong technical and project coordination skills
– UAE resident
