-Proven leadership experience in a similar position
-Strong leadership across Front Office and Reservations
-Excellent knowledge of luxury hotel operations and service standards
-Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence
-Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
-Strong commercial and financial acumen with a focus on profitability
-Strong knowledge of UAE regulations, H&S and hotel standards
