3) FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (HOTEL BACKGROUND)
– Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; Master’s preferred.
– 5-7 years’ finance experience, including 3+ years in hospitality.
– Proficient in financial software and hotel systems (e.g., SAP).
– Strong analytical skills, integrity, and discretion.
4) COST CONTROLLER (HOTEL BACKGROUND)
– Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Hotel Management, or related field.
– 2-4 years’ experience as Cost or F&B Controller in hospitality.
– Knowledge of cost control, inventory, and hotel operations.
– Proficient in Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5) PROCUREMENT OFFICER (HOTEL & CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND)
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 2-4 years of procurement experience in hospitality, construction, or related industries.
– Strong skills in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and ERP/procurement systems.
