1) Safety/HSE Supervisor
Experience: 5-7 years in construction projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience with a main contractor preferred.
Strong knowledge of site safety regulations and compliance.
High-rise / building project experience is an add on advantage.
NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred.
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety training.
Prepare safety reports and documentation.
Coordinate with project and site teams.
2) Project Quantity Surveyor (Mid-Level)
Experience: 3-5 years in construction projects
Requirements:
Experience with a main contractor is mandatory
Strong in quantity take-off, interim payments, and variation claims
Familiar with FIDIC contracts
UAE/GCC experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and evaluate interim payment certificates
Cost monitoring and budget control
Variation analysis and claims preparation
Subcontractor evaluation and final account settlement
3) Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract)
Experience: 7-10 years in pre-contract quantity surveying
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering, and cost control
Experience with main contractors preferred
Familiarity with high-rise or large-scale projects is a plus
UAE/GCC experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare pre-tender estimates, BOQs, and cost plans
Assist in tender documentation and bid submission
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and pricing analysis
Coordinate with design and project teams during the pre-contract stage
Support contract negotiations and risk assessment
4) Technical Engineer – Engineering Division
Experience: 3–7 years
Requirements:
3–7 years of experience as a Technical Engineer in construction projects.
Proven experience with a main contractor preferred.
Strong knowledge of engineering processes, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
Experience in high-rise or large-scale projects is an advantage.
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and prepare technical submittals, shop drawings, and method statements
Coordinate with project teams, design engineers, and site teams
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards
