1) Guest Service Agent
Front-of-house role responsible for guest check-in/check-out, handling inquiries, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude required.
2) F&B Waiter/Waitress
Responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining high service standards in the restaurant/bar.
3) Cluster Reservations Manager
Oversees reservation operations across the Palm properties, manages booking systems, forecasts occupancy, and coordinates with sales teams. Managerial experience in hotel reservations required.
4) Storekeeper/Receiving Clerk
Manages inventory, stock control, and receiving of goods and supplies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
5) Demi Chef de Partie
Assists the Chef de Partie in running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation.
6) Pastry Chef
Responsible for preparing desserts, pastries, and baked goods to a high standard. Creativity and strong pastry arts background required.
7) Commis I
Entry to mid-level kitchen position assisting senior chefs with food preparation and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
8) Stewarding
Responsible for kitchen cleanliness, dishwashing, and maintaining hygiene standards in food preparation areas.
Candidate Requirements:
– Minimum experience in a 5-star hotel environment
– Candidates must be currently based in the UAE
