Job Position – Aluminum Estimator
Location: Ajman, UAE

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Aluminum Estimator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing competitive bids, and ensuring cost-effective procurement of aluminum materials. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in aluminum extrusion solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to review project requirements and provide technical expertise in estimating aluminum extrusion solutions.
– Research and analyze current market trends, pricing, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of aluminum materials.
– Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents based on project specifications.
– Identify materials, labor, and time requirements to determine accurate project costs.
– Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for raw materials and services.
– Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure alignment between cost estimates and design feasibility.
– Assist in value engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality and performance.
– Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and project specifications.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2-5 years experience in aluminum estimation, façade, glass, or related construction industry.
– Strong knowledge of aluminum extrusion, cladding, curtain walls, and glazing systems.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, estimation software, and Microsoft Excel.
– Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with UAE construction regulations and market pricing.
– Background in aluminum and glass works, metal fabrication, or facade industry.
