Hiring Application Production Support in Dubai.
Contract Duration- Yearly Renewable Long Term Contract.
Experience: 4+Years.
JD:
Strong in Core Java/J2EE.
Knowledge in Unix and Windows OS
Working experience in Oracle including PL SQL.
Experience in Functional specification and design documents.
Knowledge in banking domain.
Interested to work on Production Support and root cause investigations.
Should be interested in finding the root cause and recommend actions for permanent fixes and possible workarounds.
Ensure proactive methods for identifying issues.
Proficient in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Review and Deployments ITIL certifications
