Key Responsibilities
-Monitor and support Newgen applications (LMS, CMS, SRM, LOS, etc.)
– Diagnose and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
-Collaborate with development teams to enhance system performance
– Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and automation tasks
-Perform system maintenance, patches, and upgrades
-Provide training and support to business users on application functionality
Requirements
-6+ years of experience in platform/application support
-Strong knowledge of Newgen applications and related processes
-Proficiency in SQL troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance tuning
-ITIL Certification (preferred)
