The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, as well as having the ability to take initiative and prioritize client’s interests. A solid knowledge, communications skills, in addition to the ability of taking charge and meeting deadlines will ensure your success in this role.

 

Responsibilities

  • Meeting, handling, and understanding client’s requirements.
  • Preparing presentations and presenting to clients.
  • Preparing new Architectural design layouts for clients as well as exterior designs.
  • Preparing Detailed architectural drawings post client’s approval.
  • Liaising and applying for municipal & governmental permits.
  • Coordinating with the Civil and MEP Engineers for obtaining the required detailed drawings.
  • Coordinating with the Technical Director for the preparation of tender documents.
  • Coordinating with the construction contractor post tender award for project’s construction.
  • Site supervision during project’s construction.
  • Facilitating the liaison between the contractor and the client till project’s completion.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • Candidate must be based in Abu Dhabi.
  • Candidate must be available for immediate joining.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
  • Minimum of 4 years work experience within the same field.
  • Great work ethics.
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and design related programs.
