Position Summary:
As the Assistant Chief Steward, you play a crucial role in overseeing all stewarding operations seamlessly. Leading by example, you will manage the back?of?house team while ensuring adherence to our stringent hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in stewarding operations, including 1 year in a supervisory capacity (experience in a five-star or high-volume setting preferred)
– Strong leadership skills with expertise in coaching, scheduling, and performance management
– Profound understanding of hygiene standards and safety regulations
– Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
