Job Position – Assistant Finance Executive
Company Name – Dubai Precast LLC
Responsibilities:
– Handle cheque and TT preparation, payment vouchers and supplier checklists.
– Obtain approvals from authorized signatories and release cheques with proper documentation.
– Maintain up-to-date records of all cheques, PDC status, and security cheques.
– Prepare receipts for client payments, scrap sales, and miscellaneous transactions (EID, fines, insurance, etc.).
– Respond to supplier payment inquiries and email cheque details when required.
– Support external and internal audits through accurate filing and documentation.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of total experience.
– Freshers in the UAE can also apply.
– Good communication and coordination skills.
– Basic accounting/payment knowledge.
