Job Position – Assistant Financial Controller

Are you a finance professional hiring a prestigious opportunity in the heart of Dubai’s luxury hospitality sector? We are looking for an Assistant Financial Controller to join our esteemed team at Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai, a renowned five-star hotel known for its exceptional service and opulent surroundings.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with international standards.
– Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
– Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
– Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
– Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance and cost controls.
– Support the financial audit process and liaise with auditors as necessary.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
-Proven experience in financial management within the hospitality industry, ideally in a five-star hotel.
-Strong understanding of hotel accounting principles and practices.
-Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
