Job Position – Assistant Front Office Manager
Company Name – Danat Hotels
Location: Novel Hotel City Center, Abu Dhabi
To support the daily operations of the Front Office department. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth departmental coordination, and efficient team performance in line with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in managing the daily operations of the Front Office, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
– Supervise and support front office team members to ensure high levels of customer service.
– Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
– Ensure proper room allocation, check-in/check-out procedures, and billing accuracy.
– Monitor occupancy levels, room rates, and coordinate with reservations and housekeeping teams.
– Conduct staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations in coordination with the General Manager.
– Maintain compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
– Prepare reports related to daily operations, revenue, and guest feedback.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera or similar PMS).
– Excellent customer service orientation with a professional appearance.
– Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
– Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Knowledge of UAE hospitality standards and regulations.
