Job Position – Assistant HR Manager
Company Name – Rumailah Farms
With Construction field experience in UAE to join our team, responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and excellent communication skills.
Task Include:
-Assist in managing the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
-Handle day-to-day HR operations such as payroll support, attendance monitoring and employee documentation.
-Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
-Conduct background checks and verify employment references.
-Assist with the orientation program for new employees.
-Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.
-Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
-Properly handle employee complaints and grievance procedures
-Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
-Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
-Help organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Requirements:
-Minimum 5-7 years of experience handling human resources/administrative positions.
-High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
-Strong knowledge of HR best practices and UAE labor regulations.
-Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
-Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS, Oracle Net Suite experience will be an added advantage.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong communication skills
-Degree in Human Resources or related field
