Job Position – Assistant HR Manager
Company Name – Avenue Hotel
An establishing and managing all aspects of the human resources function for Restaurant Chain. You will collaborate closely with the HR Head and other key stakeholders to implement best practices and policies that align with our group values, objectives, and legal requirements.
Role Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing human resources strategies, policies, and procedures that support the overall business objectives of the Operation.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies.
Oversee employee relations initiatives, ensuring a positive work environment and resolving any employee-related issues or conflicts.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Support the performance management process, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
Assist in developing and managing employee retention strategies to foster a high-performance culture.
Key Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Solid knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
Proven experience in recruitment, training and development, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
