Job Position – Assistant Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive training programs for all departments, focusing on customer service, problem resolution, training the trainers.
Conduct on-the-job training sessions to ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities.
Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures, working closely with department heads and supervisors.
Implement quality control measures based on customer feedback to maintain high service standards.
Conduct evaluations and identify training needs for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate training records, including schedules, attendance, and assessments.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, providing necessary training and resources.
Requirements:
Background in hospitality training and quality management.
Expertise in developing and delivering training programs.
