Job Position – Assistant Manager
Company Name – Logis
FINANCE & ACCOUNTS (Logistics & Shipping )
1. Prepares Financial Statements and related lead schedules for Internal reports & External Audits for the Group
2. Prepares various financial analyses for the Group
3. Liaise with Auditors during yearly External Audits
4. Handles yearly ICV audits
5. Responsible for the preparation, filing, payment & review of VAT related returns
6. Prepares various analyses for the Group – Gross Profit analysis,
7. To monitor compliance with FTA & Banks
8. Manage FTA portal of the Group
9. Handles Guarantee applications and renewals
10. Prepares Monthly Bank Reconciliation
11. Duplicate functions of assigned colleague on annual leave
12. Other functions that maybe assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Excellent English Communication skills – Written and Spoken
2. Qualified Accountant – Chartered Accountant or CPA or ACA (This is Mandatory)
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in UAE (preferably in Logistics Company)
4. Working knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Taxation
5. Has background or basic knowledge on Bank Guarantees / Letters of Credits
6. Experienced in advanced MS Office
