Assistant Manager Procurement Jobs in UAE

Infracare Facilities Management is Hiring at an Assistant Manager Procurement.

Qualification, Experience and Skills
* Minimum 10 years in construction or FM out of which 3 years in a similar position with FM company
* Graduate in Supply Chain Management or similar discipline
* Certificate in supply chain or procurement
* Knowledge of procurement/supply chain Management Software (Database Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, and General Office Programs)
* Should be strong in advanced excel and Power point presentations
* Knowledge and Experience in Managing Inventory and warehouses operations
* Good Negotiation, Problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Specialised Industry Knowledge, fair knowledge of local legislations in UAE, excellent understanding of Purchasing policies, procedures, local Business environment and Contract Management.

Job Description
* Liaise with key company employees to determine product and service needs by thorough analysis of the FM requirements and proper understanding and effective co-ordination.
* Work with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company, and evaluate the many pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other critical factors.
* Efficiently manage RFQ/RFP/Online bidding for FM Vendor packages, including for major FM subcontracts and Company Tenders.
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies in consultation with the Line Manager. Investigate/Research for potential suppliers.
* Receive and evaluate vendors’ proposals commercially and technically in compliance with contract specifications and as per standard evaluation criteria, also negotiate payment terms and ensure due diligence in obtaining final and best discounts from suppliers.
* Prepare Tender Analysis documents and obtain approvals of stakeholders including the Procurement Committee as prescribed in the Delegation of Authority (DOA).
* Develop approved vendor schedule in full compliance with pre-qualification process, co-ordinating and driving for all concerned stakeholder approvals.
