Job Position – Assistant Planning Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the processes of our automated warehouse to ensure efficient operations. Your duties will include planning and monitoring manpower across various functions, aligning with operational requirements, and implementing continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Additionally, you will support future system development projects and drive process improvements to meet peak operational requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Control and optimize the process of the automated warehouse to ensure efficient operations.
Plan and monitor manpower across six functions, aligning with operational requirements.
Ensure day-to-day operations are optimized for the best system utilization and resource management.
Implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Support future system development projects, including GTP (Goods to Pick) and GOH (Goods on Hanger) operations, and drive process improvements.
Monitor overall storage system utilization to ensure optimal space management.
Plan and prepare overall operations and infrastructure capabilities to meet peak requirements efficiently.
Job Skills:
Proven experience in warehouse operations and supply chain management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage and optimize automated warehouse processes.
Proficiency in manpower planning and resource allocation.
Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with system development projects and process improvement methodologies.
Strong organizational and planning skills to meet peak operational requirements effectively.
