Job Position – Assistant Reservations Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Reservations Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Assistant Reservations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the reservations department, including managing bookings, handling customer inquiries and complaints, training reservation staff, and working in close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications
Reservations and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong sales skills
Experience training and managing staff
Experience with hotel reservation software
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience working in the hospitality industry
Fluency in English and knowledge of Arabic are a plus
