Job Position – Assistant Sales Manager

To support the Sales Manager in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily sales activities.
Key responsibilities
-Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
-Coordinate daily sales operations, including quotations, order follow-ups, and reporting.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
-Support price negotiations and deal closures, and conduct market research for new opportunities.
-Supervise and mentor sales team members to ensure performance excellence.
-Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and promotional activities to enhance business visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-3–6 years of sales experience, preferably in trading or printing materials.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
-Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
-Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
