Job Position – Assistant Storekeeper

Job purpose:
To assist in storing and distributing materials and products as per the company policies and procedures and to perform any other duties as directed by the supervisor.
Main Accountabilities / Duties:
– Issue store items as per the documents and instructions from Store Supervisor.
– Store inventories to receive and place in the correct order.
– Assist in stock taking as per the requirement.
– Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety and quality management.
Adhere to procedures relating to the use and care of equipment and materials in line with the job functions and responsibilities.
– Perform any other duties assigned by the Storekeeper.
Experience & Education:
– High School or Equivalent
– Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
– Microsoft Office skills desirable.
