Job Position – Assistant Supervisor Mixing & Processing

Job Description:
– Have capability to calculate ingredient based on batch size.
– Recipe & ingredient knowledge.
– Know operation of Mixing, CIP, Processing plant [PHE] operation.
– Monitor performance to production schedules & inventory of raw materials.
– Meet production KPI [Increase Yield, Reduce wastage, Increase productivity]
Requirements:
– Diploma in food and dairy industry or Higher secondary school
– Minimum 5-7 years of experience in food & beverages industry.
