Job Position – Assistant Transport Manager
Company Name – United Precast Concrete
Hiring for support and oversee transport and fleet operations across our Dubai Industrial City (DIC) and Abu Dhabi (AUH) sites.
Key Responsibilities
– Oversee the company’s transport fleet including trucks, trailers, forklifts, and other transport vehicles.
– Ensure fleet availability, maintenance schedules, and operational reliability.
– Plan and coordinate daily transport activities for delivery of precast elements, materials, and equipment.
– Supervise drivers and transport personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
– Monitor vehicle performance, fuel usage, and fleet efficiency.
– Coordinate with production, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely deliveries.
– Maintain proper fleet records, servicing schedules, and compliance documentation.
– Ensure transport operations follow company health and safety standards.

Requirements
– Degree or Diploma in Transport Management, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in transport or logistics operations.
– Experience managing fleet operations and transport planning.
– Strong organizational and leadership skills.
– Knowledge of UAE transport regulations.
– Experience in construction or manufacturing environments is preferred.
