Job Position – HSE Manager
Company Name – Doha Petroleum Construction
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance at offshore work sites while providing strong leadership to project teams.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead and manage all HSE activities at the offshore site.
-Ensure strict compliance with company policies and international HSE standards.
-Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
-Oversee risk assessments, PTW (Permit to Work) systems, and hazard identification.
-Develop and execute emergency response plans.
-Monitor and improve HSE performance across all project phases.
-Provide HSE training, coaching, and competency development for staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
-BSc Degree or higher in Engineering
-NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
-Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas sector
-At least 5 years in a similar role as overall Project HSE In-Charge
-Strong leadership and decision-making skills
-Solid experience in offshore HSE management & regulatory compliance
-Proficient in incident investigation techniques
-Strong understanding of risk assessment, PTW systems & hazard control
-Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards
-Experienced in staff training, coaching & competency building.
