Job Position – Associate Analyst

They are hiring an Associate Analyst for our Global Real Estate team, based in Dubai, with a focus on the US and European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deal Sourcing and Initial Underwriting
– Financial Modeling and Due Diligence
– Stakeholder Communication and Networking
– Compliance Oversight and Process Adherence
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Real Estate, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in equity investments and asset management in the US/Europe
– Proficiency in financial modeling and market research
– Strong command of the English language is a MUST – Arabic will be a plus!
– Open to candidates from outside the UAE
