Job Position – Guest Service Agent

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide efficient check-in and check-out services.
Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service.
Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions accurately.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
Previous experience in a Front Office, Guest Service, or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
