Job Position – Asst. Executive

Credit Control
Responsibilities:
– Ensuring credit limit and credit terms’ adherence at all time;
– Monitoring the receivable ledger in order to ensure that the customers are correct and with update data information;
– Ensuring all accounts maintained in sales ledger are reconciled on monthly basis and kept updated;
– Controlling and maintaining debt beyond 90 days;
– Identifying problems, monitoring proper follow-up in order to ensure problems are resolved;
– Communicating directly with internal and external contacts for any problem on daily basis and ensure it’s resolved;
– Effectively responding to customer queries and resolving them on time;
– Issuing overdue credit reminder letters for defaulting customers;
– Ensuring credit limit and credit terms are posted correctly in the system;
– Providing sales team statements and aging reports within the time frame;
Requirements:
– Relevant experience is a must
– Candidate must be willing to work in Sharjah
