Job Position – Asst Manager (IT Service Desk)

Experience:
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in leading a service desk operation in financial organization.
– Extensive experience in managing end user issues and incidents.
– Overall experience in managing vendors and internal resources.
– Must have excellent experience in managing IT service desk operations and related communications.
– Must have experience with Microsoft technology solutions.
– Must have experience in troubleshooting end user computing issues including PCs, printers and remote access.
– Must have experience in handling MS office and other productivity solution issues.
– Must have experience in troubleshooting network issues.
– Must have experience in helping users remotely.
– Must have experience with ATMs, CCTV, VOIP solutions.
– Must be experienced with one of the monitoring solutions.
– Must be experienced with end user security solutions and remote access security setup.
– Must be experienced with one of the DLP solutions.
– Must be experienced with banking applications and related operational process like End of day activities and batches.
– Must have experience with mobility solutions and BYOD setup.
– Must have experience with one of the patch management applications.
– Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team of various nationalities.
– Experience in working in high pressure and multi project environment.
– Candidate should be willing to take additional responsibilities
– Excellent command over English and Arabic would be a plus.
