Our client is launching an exciting new casual coffee shop concept on Saadiyat Island, and they are seeking talented baristas who bring personality, positivity, and genuine passion for coffee to every shift.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a pre-opening team, help shape the atmosphere and guest experience from day one, and grow within a dynamic hospitality environment.

What We’re Looking For
-Currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in Abu Dhabi
-Minimum 1 year experience as a Barista in the UAE (specialty coffee preferred)
-Skilled in preparing a wide variety of hot and cold beverages to high standards
-Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments
-Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
-Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
-Outgoing, energetic personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
-Strong team spirit and positive attitude
-Fluent English communication skills

What’s on Offer
AED 3,500 – 4,000 (depending on experience) + Tips
