Job Position – Automotive Business Process Consultant
Company Name – Al Ghurair Mobility
Redesigning the aftersales customer journey across our service centres in the UAE ?? and Saudi Arabia ??, supported by new CRM/DMS and AI-enabled tools. Hiring for Arabic-speaking consultants to lead the business side of that rollout on the ground.
This isn’t a desk-based or technical configuration role. It’s hands-on and field-based: preparing branches for go-live, working alongside service advisors and workshop teams, running training and floor coaching, and making sure the new way of working becomes the everyday way of working
If you come from an automotive aftersales background, know how a service centre really runs, and enjoy bringing frontline teams along through change.
Contract duration: 4–5 months
Base: UAE, with regular travel to Saudi Arabia
Start: Immediate
