Job Position – Automotive Service Advisor

The Service Advisor will act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer-focused service experience. The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end service process in line with company and manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the full vehicle service process from vehicle intake to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism at every stage
– Conduct detailed consultations with customers to understand vehicle issues and service requirements, explaining technical matters in a clear and customer-friendly manner
– Build strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality service and handling complaints with professionalism, empathy, and effective resolution
– Coordinate with workshop teams to diagnose vehicle issues and accurately inform customers of required repairs and recommendations
– Prepare detailed Service Repair Orders in accordance with company and manufacturer policies and procedures
– Ensure accurate calculation and clear presentation of costs related to parts, labor, and repairs
– Provide timely updates to supervisors regarding transaction progress and customer satisfaction outcomes
– Monitor repair progress closely and provide continuous updates to customers, ensuring transparency throughout the service cycle, including updates in the DMS system
– Meet daily and monthly performance targets as guided by the Reception Manager
– Identify opportunities for additional service sales by building customer trust and providing tailored recommendations
– Ensure all payments are completed prior to vehicle delivery and job card closure
– Participate in required training programs and meetings as per company and manufacturer standards
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive dealership service operations
– Prior experience in Qatar or GCC automotive dealerships is highly preferred
– Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Good understanding of automotive systems and service processes
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
