Job Position – Automotive Service Advisor
Company Name – Vgetter
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000
Requirements:
-2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the UAE
-Strong knowledge of automotive service processes
-Excellent customer handling and communication skills
-Ability to coordinate between customers and workshop team
-UAE Driving License preferred
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and understand vehicle service requirements
-Prepare job cards and provide accurate service estimates
-Coordinate with technicians for timely service completion
-Update customers on repair status and ensure satisfaction
-Upsell additional services when required
