Current AVAR Global Job Vacancies
1) Operations Administrator work across both Saudi Arabia and the UAE, to be based in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Service Requests through CAFM system.
Oversee rosters, attendance, and other employee management tasks
Plan, organize, maintain, and manage the operations database
and monitor preventative maintenance activities:
Supervise administrative, skilled, and technical support staff
Develop and administer policies, procedures, and processes for building and grounds maintenance operations, ensuring compliance.
Administer procurement activities, including RFPs, contracts, and purchasing approvals related to building maintenance.
2) Accountant to work across both Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Must have experience in Saudi Arabia 1-3 years.
Job Description Summary:
Daily manage emails, verify tax invoices, update payable reports, handle payments, petty cash, and data entry.
Weekly perform bank reconciliations, prepare cash flow and project reports for budget alignment.
Fortnightly send financial documents to the Tax Consultant, review payables, and follow up on overdue invoices.
Monthly reconcile supplier statements, send financial reports, approve payroll expenses, and follow up on receivables.
Quarterly review and submit the VAT report.
Ongoing reconcile financial records, report discrepancies, and ensure compliance with policies.
